曹崇江,73882必赢网页版73882必赢网页版食品质量与安全教研室主任,国家中药材加工研发专业中心主任,教授,博士生导师。美国UICArgonne国家实验室博士后,中国食品科学技术学会青年委员。主持十三五国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金面上项目、江苏省科技厅自然基金面上项目、江苏省重点研发计划项目、江苏省农业自主创新资金项目等10余项,在国际杂志Applied Catalysis BFood ChemistryFood HydrocolloidsJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry发表论文60余篇,获中国商业联合会服务业科技创新奖一等奖(2016),江苏省科技进步二等奖(2019)。执行主编参编专著一部,副主编参编教材多部。

(1)新型智能食品包装材料研制及在果蔬保鲜品质精准调控研究
(2)药食同源营养功能组分发掘及功效评价:基于膳食、肠道菌群与免疫的分子机制研究
